1. Order Processing

  • All items are made-to-order once your purchase is confirmed.

  • Orders typically enter production within 1 hour.

  • Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

βœ… The item arrives damaged
βœ… The item has a manufacturing defect
βœ… You received the wrong itemΒ 
βœ… The print quality is incorrect or flawed

Requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong color or design

  • Minor differences in color due to screen displays

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.


4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a claim, email us at veyra.clothess@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photos showing the problem (required for verification)

We will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.


5. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • βœ… Free replacement item (preferred solution)

  • βœ… Partial refund

  • βœ… Full refund (when replacement is not possible)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
